I placed an order on 3 Jan which I cancelled a few hours later as the product I ordered was not compatible with Irish phone connection. I received a confirmation of cancellation then they despatched the order which was refused when delivered as per instruction from Viking. I have emailed and phoned on several occasions looking for my refund but to date haven't received. I would never order from this company again and they won't answer my emails now. Would not recommend.
