Ordered 2 50x2nd class stamps plus postage of £2.95 totalling £77.95.
Waited a week for delivery. No delivery.
Called to be told Viking don't accept orders of of stamps only and order had been cancelled. My credit card showed amount was pending.
My issue is transaction was allowed to proceed.
Why does website not state stamps alone cannot be ordered?
Why does order proceed and provide online receipt instead being halted at the ordering stage?
Why do Viking not communicate order has been cancelled?
Only found out about cancellation when enquiring where stamps where?
After calling twice finally discovered amount had not been taken as order had not been fulfilled.
Why is none of this shared with the customer via email?
All in all stressful and pretty damn poor.
