I had a very poor experience with Viking.ie on my recent order (Order No. IE014585277W, 25-08-2025).
The tracking showed my table top as “delivered,” but nothing arrived at my home. Days later, a private individual—living an hour away—contacted me directly because the package had been left at her property, even though my correct address was clearly marked on the parcel. I had to drive across the country to collect it myself.
This is completely unacceptable. It seems the delivery driver chose not to complete the delivery properly, which is a serious breach of trust.
To make matters worse, the legs and rising desk mechanism were never delivered, leaving me with only a useless desktop. I now have to arrange a return and request a full refund.
For an order of €435.35, this level of service is shocking. Viking needs to take accountability for its delivery partners and ensure customers do not go through experiences like this.
