Trying to arrange a collection of a return since December. Not only their CS team and collections team failed to arrange to collect the goods, but there is no way of shipping it into their warehouse.
This has become a costly joke for us in terms of time, and one of the worst customer services experiences I had in my life.
Choose other suppliers.
