Shocking bad customer service, fail to comply with GDPR, aware of GDPR obligations yet just say the problem will be resolved next year. Over priced products, can but many of the products in the local supermarket for considerably less. Carelessly sending out 10 magazines per year despite the many in the world declaring an environmental emergency. FAIL
