Viking direct have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they claim they offer ‘hassle free returns’ this is far from the truth. They claim they have a pick service that will collect your order for a return, however over a week has passed and they claim they will come the following working day, yet the collection service have still not come to this day. Honestly terrible
