What a shambles. Order paper and printer toners. Paper and a free gift turned up the next day, and as the toners were being shipped by the supplier i expected another delivery.
One week on and calling customers services to see where my delivery was. After 40 mins with them trying to sell me more toners whilst they track where my order ones were a manager told me the courier would deliver that day. Still no toners so can only assume the customer services manager was dishonest.
Called again the next day only to be told the toners were on back order. I asked them to cancel the order to which they replied they could not because I had ordered online. Asked for the complaints department only to be told they are the complaints department. Again a dishonest response I think.
I shall now find another stationary provider as the dishonest responses do not build trust.
