DO NOT USE - they approved the order, authorised payment [according to my bank] but then said it was cancelled and payment never went through. Not only was it a shambles but their staff have no clue what they are doing, they emailed to say they called but sat next to my phone I know this not to be true....they still have my funds on hold and it will take a while for them to be reversed! USELESS - NO COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT - PATHETIC RESPONSES - NO-ONE ONCE TRIED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE OTHER THAN THE TAKE PAYMENT TWICE?!?!
