Goods not delivered, customer services were so unprofessional, I had to ask the woman I was speaking to move to a quieter location as people around her were so loud I had a job to hear what was being said.
Yodel said they tried to deliver 3 times but it was only once, where there was a note on my door explaining where to leave and get signed for, to easy. I was promised Re-delivery Friday didn’t happen Monday didn’t happen.
Viking were not interested, to the point of next to useless, what an awful company I will never use Viking again ever.
