First order with Viking Direct. Ordered an office chair on a Saturday. Delivery shown as the Monday. No sign of it. Called every day except Thursday that week and each time was told it was on it's way. Called today -NINE days after ordering- to be told the chair is out of stock and won't be in for another week.
Requested to cancel my order and was told have to wait 10 days to get my money back.
I know things are difficult right now but EVERY OTHER ITEM I have ordered from elsewhere -including bedroom furniture- has arrived in less than three days.
Absolutely shocking service.
