Awful customer service and incompetent company
I ordered items and paid at the time by debit card.
One of my items did not arrive. It was out of stock
A few weeks later I received a letter saying I owed them money.
I queried this and received no reply
Today I received another letter saying I still owe them.
The invoice I received confirmed that payment had been made in advance and my bank statement shows the money has been paid so how can I owe them money?
one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Dont use them unless you want stress in your life
