This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a desk chair online that was shown as in stock with next day delivery. The chair did not arrive so I contacted them via email (there was no answer on the phone) and was told it was backordered. I asked when it would be back in stock and was told they did not know. As I needed the chair urgently I cancelled and ordered elsewhere. I was told that a refund would be given within 14 days. It is now over a month later and I have still not been given my money back despite sending multiple emails to chase. I’m now going to speak to my credit card company to see if they can get the money back and if that fails contact the financial ombudsman. Beware of this company!
