I ordered an office chair that was not suitable. I phoned to arrange for it to be returned and credited on 10th June 2020. 6 phone calls later on different days, each one promising that the product would be collected within 24hours and to date (19th June 2020) I am still waiting !
Telephone staff are patronising, unhelpful and seem to be deliberately obstructive. Awful customer service and PR. I would warn against using this difficult organisation who default on promises and are argumentative.
