I ordered ink that I needed for something urgent. When it arrived it was the completely wrong ink and when I went to return it said my 30days were up and I attempted this within 5 minutes of it being delivered. I went on live chat very unhelpful felt like they didn’t care. I was told wait for 5 days for collection then a further 8 days for refund. It wasn’t my mistake but they wouldn’t help wouldn’t resend the ink. I am a key worker and needed the ink urgently but no care from company will never use them again. I wouldn’t even give 1 star
