I managed after weeks of phoning and emailing to get a product returned.
It transpired that the telephone number was on a premium rate line so I eventually accepted a £25 voucher in compensation. When I came to use it the voucher was invalid. After another call to the premium rate line I was promised a call back to take my credit card details and a refund. No call was forth coming. I called to day and they hung up on me and will not answer my emails ! A dishonourable and totally unprincipled Company.
