I ordered a paid of slippers on Dec 1 24, that werent suitable. Since i have tried a reach someone on the 1800 they have listed (noone ever answers) and email, several times to no avail for 2 weeks!!! in a 30 day free return perion. Worst retail experience i have has for a very long time.
Beware: if you need to refund your product likely you will be in the same spot.
