Awful this airline has gone down used to be good wouldn’t recommend, they refuse to payout on the fact that they abandoned our flight from Orlando to Manchester at Heathrow airport as they would have been liable to pay all passengers compensation for the flight delay being over five hours so it was cheaper to abandon the passengers at a differant airport and then held baggage back for over 4 hours so they could put passengers on a bus and there wasn’t enough buses ?
