I have booked holidays on Virgin Holidays website for three years now and am always satisfied with the ease of the website.
The only improvement that could be made is a filter added so that you can search by All inclusive, Self catering etc.
I find the functionality of the site faultless and have accessed it both on desktop and mobile.
