I always try and fly with Virgin where possible, from the airplanes to the service it is top notch, I could not rate them any higher.
Example, Booked my 21st to NY, the hotel put me and my friend in a double room with 1 bed, a little awkward but Virgin sorted it out and got us a twin room.
