travel with virgin many times. this time booked complete holiday with virgin holidays. what a good move this was , from the start they were most helpful and we got exactly what we asked for. while in America we had a problem at the accommodation which was promptly sorted by the agents(contempo). every thing else flight, car, insurance, was as requested. will definitely use again
