Night porters talking outside rooms at 2.30am in the morning. Room next to us had more than three fully grown adults staying in it, very noisy so could not sleep. Virgin staff were never around to discuss issues. Virgin handbook does not tell you where you nearest meeting is. Virgin customer services is an absolute joke, they don't care at all about your experience they just want your money. An absolutely appalling honeymoon. I would not recommend virgin or there holidays to anyone.
