Katie at the Trafford Center was very helpfull, as a flying club member I had always booked my holls with them and while I have no complaints about them booking while enjoying a coffee and chocolate was much more enjoyable Also she went out of her way to make sure we got the seats out to Orlando we wanted and got us Premium on the way back so we could bring more home 2 bags each instead of 1 in economy (no one has ever suggested that to us before in 18 years we have been going there)she got us the hotel we wanted and my husband the sports car he wanted to drive nothing was too much trouble AND it was cheaper than if I had done it myself Thank you Katie Lowe and Virgin Holidays🤗🤗
