0 stars if there was an option. There’s is such lack of communication when you book a holiday. I very recently had an experience where virgin had changed there flight time completely and didn’t bother letting me know so I ended up spending 9 hours in the airport twiddling my thumbs. No compensation no nothing.
When I emailed about the problem it took two weeks to get back to me!!
Would not recommend as a company to anyone
