My personal experience with a trading platform has been a wild ride. Using the platform was like playing a game of chess, trying to put together a strategy to maximize my returns from trading. But there was also a lot of luck involved; sometimes, you make the wrong move and end up losing money. But that's your luck. For me, the plus point of this platform is its account managers, who help design my trading strategies. But I wish they had some educational resources available, so i dont have to run to the representatives to ask for small things.
