When I first used the platform, I had a hard time setting up orders. It took me a while to figure out how to set a limit order and stop loss to control risks. Despite the help, I decided to contact support. The response was pretty quick, and they explained in detail how everything works. Now I actively use trailing stops and market orders, and overall the platform has met my expectations.
