The coffee is very smooth It’s not bitter at all and changing from my normal coffee to try was not difficult. I’m going to enjoy this bag and see if I can’t live without it. It is expensive, so I have to weigh out the benefits versus cost. I’m also thinking of trying a mushroom coffee.
