I bought a massage chair in February of last year (2013) and this is the first contact I have had from the company asking if my product had arrived and if it was satisfactory.
I felt I had been abandoned as soon as the sale was finalised. The delivery process was frustrating, to say the least. I couldn't find out where the product was, no-one was able to help me. I waited in for days until it did randomly arrive - unlike the call from the company to make sure everything was fine.
