We ordered an expensive piece of pilates equipment for our physio practice and when it arrived it was in terrible condition!! It was really badly damaged and unacceptable! So we had to send it back for a refund. A few months after it being picked up and having filled out all the appropriate paperwork and speaking to someone from the company on the phone who authorized the refund we still hadn't received the payment!
We had to follow this up and have only now been paid.
Overall very unhappy with the experience.
