I ordered my Bio Chef Cold Press Juicer one night and it was delivered next day, which was super fast. I had issues getting it to work so a replacement was immediately sent out. The juicer is very quiet (compared to the old juicer I had which wasn't Cold Press) and is very easy to use. I purchased some old fashioned style 1 litre glass milk bottles and store my juice in these for the recommended 48 hours only. The juices taste fantastic!!! I thoroughly recommend Vitality 4 Life - the product is excellent and they were a pleasure to do business with, I give them a 5 star for delivery and exceptional customer service.
