I never received the two machines I paid for 6 weeks ago. Thieves!!! They told me the carrier has given the machine to someone else in my buidling, but do not know WHO, and have asked me to ring the doorbells of everyone to ask who has it. But nobody say that they have it. And Vitality say that they will investigate, while I am still waiting 6 weeks later for the result....and I had no christmas presents for my parents because I gave 400 euros to Vitality and did not get my products. I have never in my life experienced such a thing with any other deliveries/companies.
