Excellent service when I ordered a spare part for my new Neo juicer. However I was slightly concerned that the part I ordered and received had been modified from the original. Your assessment department felt that the damaged filter was due to misuse rather than a manufacturing fault. So why has it been modified? I imagine that there had been many other problems with that filter to have caused you to change its design. In this case I feel somewhat aggrieved that I had to pay for this spare part especially as I had bought the machine in February this year. Tracy was an excellent customer relations person and I have no argument with her service. Josephine Kemmish
