I already had a juice slow-pace extractor, but it was really too complex to clean (I had bought a top model from a leading brand), and also to complex to mount and dismount. So, and also because I was very ill and needed the juicing as part of my treatment, I had to go and look for something easier to handle and found just what I needed at Vitality 4 Life. I was already convinced when I read the technical info and watched the well documented video with comparative cleaning of vitality4life and another brand. (my previous juicer was from yet another, well-known brand). So I bought the vitality4life model and it's just excellent. The buying process was easy and the juicer arrived in excellent condition, well protected and the sending was fast. Now at last I can make juice with whole apples (remove the stem though it's too hard and has no nutritional benefit) with skin and all -I buy organic veggies and fruits only- add cucumber without slicing nor dicing, and put in whatever, the juicer does his job. Too bad I didn't find vitality4all at first, but never too late, fortunately...
