The online chat for help was really good and helped me take my decision. However I was a bit disappointed when receiving my product, as the box looked like it was opened before (the main opening was ripped and the two boxes inside containing the elements where also deformed. It looked like the boxe had been sent to someone else before. Looking at the high price of the Atlas Whole, it felt a bit weird...
