Fantastic customer service. My dehydrator broke down a couple of months before the warranty expired, and it was a very easy and straightforward process.
It was very easy to communicate with the support staff, I didn't have to pay for any of the transport, I had regular updates and ended up with a brand new dehydrator.
It is nowadays not so common to meet a company with such a dedicated, friendly and efficient after-sale support !
