I have a chihuahua/doxi mix going to be 16 years old this April. I feed her human grade food a mix approved by my vet. I add omega 3-6-9 oil, microflora Plus and Vital Dog multi-vitamins.
Her name is Bella and my vet is always amazed that she is in such good health. I count on those vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to supply what may be missing in the food offerings.
