I knew of the reputation of Brenda Watson, so when I was told that she was involved in another company, I was interested. A local health food store gave me her booklets and I decided to try Vital Gut Renew. I have suffered from IBS-C for 50 years (wasn't even called that in my younger days). Vital Gut Renew has really helped me. I don't have as much bloating and I'm more regular. This is a great product.
