Viva Travel insurance is a scam. Their service is unprofessional and not customer friendly. I took the travel insurance policy in December 2021 to travel in January 2022 to Dubai and my Baggage was delayed for 5day. I reported bag missing at the airport and got it documented. Filed a claim with Viva but they decline the claim saying the document was not enough to make claim. I filed in January, i got the response end of June. Imagine 5months of waiting. I would not recommend them and would never use them Please people run... don't use Viva Insurance policy ....they are unprofessional.
