Got first loan (£200). After repayment, I got email from Vivus saying I was eligible for another loan. However, I first needed to update my bank card. It took ages for that to happen, and when it did, my application for the loan was rejected. The Vivus guys, despite sounding so professional, are completely useless.All they tell a customer is they don't have control over their system, that it's all automatic.Who are they, ROBOTS? Wouldn't recommend to anyone
