I was entirely happy with my service from vivus however suddenly through no late payments or defaults vivus refused my loan and when asked the operator had no explanation. I believe once you have gained credit your loyalty should be considered and feel I have been let down when I was in a bad situation, however all I ask is that you consider my situation I have always paid on time thank you.
