The customer service exceeded my expectations. Their web site locked up on my computer when I tried to place an order. I did a Live Chat identifying what product I wanted, a very difficult cartridge to get S&B 8mm (0.323) X 57mm JS SPCE. The Live Chat operator said she could not place the order but would have the sales department call me. One or two minutes later I received the call and placed my order by phone. I prefer the personal touch in doing business. The seem to carry a wider variety of product than other retailers I tried that day.
