Ordered an items on Dec 14, Dec 16 received email it shipped but no tracking number. Sent a message to customer service about Jan 10 and never heard back. Called customer service on Jan 18 to ask about the shipment. They say they've initiated a FedEx tracking on it and finally give a tracking number. The tracking number shows that they never gave the box to FedEx. So after waiting for my products more than a month, customer service says it'll be at least 2 more weeks before they hear from FedEx and they'll get back to me. So I don't have my equipment, I'm out the money waiting for them, and they already know that FedEx never received it based on the tracking number they're spending 2 weeks waiting to hear about. How is this any form of customer service or meeting their "Buy Safe" commitment.
