Came across an ad for a udp 9, a gun I had been looking for and at a good price. it was the camo version, but since there was only a couple left I decided to order it and did. Looking further I found the same gun in black which is what I originally wanted and for the same price. please keep in mind this order was just placed. I called to ask if the order could be changed to the black one and was told by 2 different ladies that the only way this could be done was if I was willing to pay a 15% restocking fee. Keep in mind the ffl has not been verified, the credit card has not been charged and the gun has not been pulled from the warehouse. the order was just placed.By the way a 15% fee of 1299.00 is $194.85. For just pushing the backspace and entering in a new sku number....That is not customer service... I would understand if the the order was being readied for shipment, I would even understand adding a day or 2 to the shipping process, I do not understand why it could not be changed when the order is in the infancy phase. to me this is not customer service, I guess the customer service ends once the credit card info is giving. I order several guns per year, I doubt I will ever be buying something from your company again, not because of the prices but because how your actions define you customer service.
