Placed an order with Vizards's on 11Sep22. No traceable tracking number, unlike i.e. Midway. The order did show up earlier via Fedex earlier than I was advised. Open the box, only 1/2 half of the order is present. Sent an email, no reply. Called Vizard's, they asked me take photos of the contents and send along with a copy of the invoice and what was missing. Ok did that. Went to their chat to have someone check the email came through. They blamed Fedex for the missing product, yet the box showed no signs of tampering.
They advertise excellent customer service. Phht. Never a mention of an apology for any inconvenience. They want more photos, send them, then addition one, send them. Over all an attitude of "not our problem", "we did nothing wrong", and mainly one of the just don't care. They have a customers money and will do whatever it takes to avoid any resemblance of accountability. Now I wait for at least 10 business days for Fedex to make a ruling. Generally well known that rarely Fedex admits anything wrong.
When it comes to helping a customer sort out an issue, there is a difference between "Can't" or "Won't"
Won't was clearly demonstrated. Buyer beware, good luck if you choose to do business with them. I am done, resigned to the fact that I kissed $250.00 good bye. There are other similar business to patronize and spend hard earned money with. Oh by the way, if you are reading the add off the to side, shipping is not $11.95, it's $15.95 and don't expect a reply from the sales@vizards..... email address.
