I am a first time gun buyer so I was a little worried about an online purchase. I bought 2 Smith and Wesson Pistols. The phone sales support was 5 stars. The email, make an offer and online chat departments were horrible. 90% of the time they did not even respond.
The price was good and the shipping was better than expected to my FFL.
Overall a good experience. I just bought 4 more mags from them. We see if the can get 5 stars on the next transaction!!
