We placed 2 large orders. They called us and said the only way that we could pay (despite 2 successful credit card charges) was via sending them a money order. The customer service lady wouldn't forward me to a supervisor or anything (claiming they were too busy, I even volunteered to sit on hold) and hung up on me. Attempts to call back were not answered.
You can't even get a money order for over $1000. Not sure if these folks don't want to pay the credit card fees on $5000, or if they are scamming. Either way, not cool.
