This is a response to the answer from vizards, it took 5 months to respond, typical of your customer service. A simple apology would have been fine instead of blaming everyone else. My issues are not isolated, I checked the Better business website and there were similar complaints. I am not bashing anyone, I just hope you guys improve and I wish you success in the future, without my business of course. Good luck.
