So, I was ordered on 4.3.25, was told it would ship in 48-72 hours, then told it would ship within a week. Fianlly I emailed them and was told now it is scheduled to ship 4.26.25. I canceled the order and to my surprise, I was sent a review request. I would think first, answer calls, ship items in a timely manner, basicly do better with communicating. I understand you are drop shipping and all about specials and sales, but I canceld this order and placed it with Optic's Planet and just won't buy from you again due to the poor comm's that translate to poor service. I'm not being rude or nasty, but with so many options available now to shop from, a phone call or message would have done much to salvage the sale, but at this point I don't have faith in buying from you.
