I have never had any problem with Vizard's, so cannot rate their customer service. Both my two orders were "Drop Shipped" from their supplier in Shreveport La. The first order was well packaged and arrived by UPS undamaged. The second, was poorly packaged, I am surprised it made it here. Bit it did make it, even with one of the box flaps inside the box, and ammo boxes sliding around with no padding.
