I will never buy anything from your company ever again, I purchased a muzzleloader form you online and was charged shipping which is fine because your customer service said that a muzzleloader was not considered a firearm then a few days later I get an email saying that the muzzleloader has to be shipped to an ffl dealer because that brand was considered a firearm but my shipping would not b refunded even though your policy free shipping on all firearms then after contacting customer service and being told the gun would ship out on wed. then thurs. then fri. it finally shipped out on sat, and I still had to call to get a tracking number, as I stated at the start I will never use your company again and will tell everyone else to stay away also.
