I had been searching several websites for some assorted ammo and a hard to find pistol magazine that was out of stock on a lot of websites. Vizards had the magazine listed as "in stock", so I ordered it along with a pretty good sized ammo order. I received the ammo in a timely manner, but the magazine was not with the shipment. (The magazine was the only item I really wanted/needed in a timely manner.) I have not been notified the magazine was on back order, but I was charged for the magazine. It was not listed on the packing slip with the ammo shipment, but it was listed on the "order status" email I received when the order was shipped (and I was charged for it). I emailed customer service twice and have not received a response. Following that, I have called customer service twice and both times I was told my order was "under review" and would be contacted that same day. Still no phone calls or emails. I see now that the mag is listed on the website as "out of stock". I am wondering if the company has a practice of listing hard to find items as "in stock", drawing in customers and hoping they order other items along with it. Regardless, based on my recent experience, I was say Vizards has very poor customer service. Additionally, they have lied to me twice and basically stole $28.95 from me (the cost of the magazine).
